As the cradleland of China's Wu culture, Wuxi enjoys the reputation of the "Pearl of Taihu Lake". It sits on four national AAAAA tourist attractions, has beautiful scenery, pleasant climate, and possesses the highest GDP per capita for four consecutive years in China. Wuxi is located at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta. It has well-developed rail transportation and its Shuofang Airport is globally accessible. It takes only more than 4 hours to travel to Beijing with the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and only 30 minutes to Shanghai, which makes it possible to travel to every corner of the world!

As the only university directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education in Wuxi, Jiangnan University is situated at the perfect place and time. In the 2022 “Global Ranking of Academic Subjects” of ShanghaiRanking, 15 disciplines of the university were selected. Our discipline “ Food Science and Technology” was ranked first in the world for four consecutive years. In the global database of Essential Science Indicators (ESI), 10 disciplines including Biology and Biochemistry Materials Science, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Environment and Ecology, fall within the top 1% globally, while Clinical Medicine sits within the top 0.34%. 办学历史：江南大学无锡医学院成立于2012年，由无锡市政府与江南大学携手共建，经历了“十二五”、“十三五”的快速发展阶段。在“十四五”期间，医学院高质量发展蓝图列入江南大学“奋进计划”。
School History: Wuxi School of Medicine was established in 2012 through a collaboration between the Wuxi Municipal Government and Jiangnan University. It has developed rapidly during the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans. During the 14th Five-Year Plan, the high-quality development blueprint of the medicine school has been incorporated into Jiangnan University's “Endeavour Plan."
人才培养：建有本、硕、博三级人才培养体系。拥有临床医学（国家一流本科专业）和护理学（江苏省一流本科专业）2个本科专业；临床医学、基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学、药理学学硕和临床医学、护理专硕等5个硕士点以及临床医学一级博士点以及食源性慢性疾病学、生物技术与工程专业2个二级博士点。
Talent Cultivation: The school has a three-tiered talent cultivation system covering undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels. It offers two undergraduate programs: Clinical Medicine (a national first-class undergraduate program) and Nursing (a provincial first-class undergraduate program in Jiangsu). It also has five master's programs in Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Pharmacology, and specialized master's programs in Clinical Medicine and Nursing. Additionally, it offers doctoral programs in Clinical Medicine, as well as Biotechnology and Engineering and Foodborne Chronic Diseases.
师资队伍：医学院和附属医院现有专任教师622人，其中教授129人，博士生导师34人，硕士生导师298人。拥有“国家级人才”头衔和“国家级荣誉”入选者12人，部省级创新团队1个，省级人才项目近180人次。
Faculty Team: The School of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals currently have 622 full-time faculty members, including 129 professors, 34 doctoral advisors, and 298 master's advisors. The faculty team includes 12 individuals with "national-level talent" titles and "national-level honors", one provincial-level innovation team, and nearly 180 participants in provincial talent projects.
科教平台：建有基础医学、临床医学、护理学、公共卫生与预防医学4个教学系部。拥有创面修复技术、康养智能化技术和肠道微生态与慢性疾病医药基础研究三个部级研究创新中心，获批建设国家高级别生物安全三级实验室，拥有国家药物临床实验机构。学院科研平台7天24小时开放式服务，协助优化实验方案，实现创新共赢。
Scientific and Educational Platforms: The school has four teaching departments: Basic Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health and Preventive Medicine. It hosts three ministry-level research innovation centers focusing on wound healing technology, intelligent elderly care technology, and fundamental research on gut microbiota and chronic disease medicine. The school has also been approved to establish a national high-level Biosafety Level 3 laboratory and houses a national drug clinical trial institution. The school's research platforms are available 24/7 to assist in optimizing experimental plans and achieving innovative and mutually beneficial outcomes.

四、 需求岗位及招聘对象
4. Required Positions and Recruitment Targets
（一）需求岗位
基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学、护理学、人工智能与医学学科方向优秀人才。
(i) Required Positions
Outstanding talents in the fields of Basic Medicine, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Artificial Intelligence and Medicine disciplines.
（二）招聘对象
1.杰出、优秀青年人才
取得博士学位，在所从事学科已获得较高学术成就或同行专家公认的科研成果，年龄不超过40周岁。
2.优秀博士后
品学兼优、身体健康，年龄在35周岁以下，博士学位获得时间一般不超过3年。
(ii) Recruitment Targets
1. Outstanding young talents from China and abroad
Possessing a doctoral degree, having achieved high academic achievements or recognized research results in their field, and being under the age of 40.
2. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows
Demonstrating excellent character and academic performance, being in good health and under the age of 35, and principally having obtained their doctoral degree within the last three years.

(iii) Benefits for Recruited Talent
1. Outstanding young talents
Leveraging our institute's selection of Overseas Young Scholars, with an annual salary starting at CNY 600,000 (with performance bonuses uncapped).
Inclusion in the university's Zhishan Professorship and Zhishan Young Scholars Category A Talent Project management.
Priority consideration for Jiangsu Province’s Double Innovation Talents and Distinguished Professorship, being recognized as "Taihu Talent" in Wuxi and enjoying related talent benefits.
科研支持：学院1:1配套科研经费，首聘期考核优秀者可追加科研经费，最高总额可达900万；协助组建科研团队，优先获得研究生招生指标。
Research Support: Matched research funding by the institute on a 1:1 basis, with additional funds for those with excellent initial employment assessments, up to a total of CNY 9 million. Assistance in forming research teams and priority access to graduate student recruitment quotas.
住房政策：享受国家及省配套生活补贴基础上，另提供不低于200万元安家及购房补贴费用；成果特别突出者，最高可达400万元；提供10年免费校内人才周转房使用。
Housing Policy: In addition to national and provincial living subsidies, additional housing and settling allowance of no less than CNY 2 million, with a maximum of CNY 4 million for exceptionally outstanding achievements. Provision of free on-campus transitional housing for talents for up to 10 years.
教育配套：协助子女入学，提供优质基础教育服务。
配偶安排：根据配偶条件，对口协助解决工作。

2.Excellent Young Talents
Excellent young talents who join our institute will enjoy the city school co construction supporting funds, supplementary settling in allowances and housing subsidies up to 150000 to 800000 yuan, and research start-up funds of 200000 to 1 million yuan. For particularly outstanding individuals, specific benefits will be discussed on a case by case basis.
3.优秀博士后
年薪最高可达50万元，包括：基础年薪25万元起；缴纳社会保险和公积金；成果突出者，学院另给与科研酬劳最高11万元/年；申请江苏省卓越博士后可享2年30万元补贴。
3. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows
Annual salary up to CNY 500,000, including base salary starting at CNY 250,000, social insurance, and housing fund contributions. Additional research rewards up to CNY 110,000 per year for outstanding achievements. Candidates selected for Jiangsu Province’s Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows may receive an additional CNY 300,000 subsidy over two years.
科研支持：个人及团队享受科研专项经费30万元；达到留校标准，个人及团队可追加享受科研专项经费最高30万元。
住房政策：可申请校内青年公寓。符合无锡市“锡引工程”政策条件者，可最高享受一次性生活补贴3万元、租房补贴6万元、购房补贴30万元等。
Research Support: Research funding of CNY 300,000, with additional funding up to CNY 300,000 for those meeting the university standards.
Housing Policy: Eligibility to apply for on-campus young faculty apartments. Those who meet Wuxi's "Xi-Introduction Project" policy criteria may receive a one-time living allowance of up to CNY 30,000, rental subsidies of CNY 60,000, and housing purchase subsidies of CNY 300,000.
