Purpose职位目的 (目标/权限):
The Marketing/Application Development Management Trainee Program accelerates the excellent new graduates with Master degree in major of Chemical related for future Application Development Engineer Junior Marketing role. The program will develop the talents through a structured training program and combining multiple job assignments.
Duty & Responsibility (主要职责):
- Learn required knowledge and subjects to complete 2-year trainee assignments and pass final evaluation
- Rotate in different production line functions d on business needs
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to maintain safe and stable production operations
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to set and achieve functional goals in EHS/quality/schedule attainment/productivity/cost, etc.
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to transfer Momentive silicones global process technology and new product to the plant by going through NPI/NPT process
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to lead and implement Capex as well as improvement projects as operations representative, and ensure safe and on-time startup
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to develop operations SOP and conduct training/qualification to operators
- Assist Manager/senior engineer to ensure good on-site management of raw materials, conduct monthly stock taking, and work with sourcing team for new raw material qualification
Requirement 职位要求：
- Master’s degree in chemistry chemical Engineering related major. Graduated no early than 2025.
- Proactive, with ambition and the confidence to achieve targets
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good written andal English skill
-Good teamwork and internal/external communication skill
