Responsibilities:
·Study job deions and industries of clients and plan follow-up searching strategies;
·Approach potential candidates in a variety of ways; Maintain our talent database regularly.
·Gathering related information of potential candidates through Cold Call, making background check according to clients’
·You will be responsible for the first-round interview with expats in their field gathering to collect candidates, market, competitor, and stakeholder evidence.
·Capable of sending eligible candidates to the line manager before deadlines.
·Assist your line manager fulfill related assignments.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
·Education level needs to be a Bachelor ‘s degree or above; all majors accepted. IELTS 6.0 or equals level are recognised.
·We prefer that you are competent and fluent in English, can communicate with clear and rational thoughts, and can initiate and maintain positive professional relationships with who you work with.
·You need to be someone who works well as part of a team and shows team spirit.
·The job is results oriented and you need to be able to meet set quotas. Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure while also holding a strong sense of personal career development is paramount.
·Someone who has a desire to learn, be passionate and work to understand the headhunting industry and our company’s place in the industry.
·Someone who studies job deions and industries of clients and plans follow- up search strategies.
·Someone with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
·Related working experience is preferred.

您的角色:
行业信息搜集和整理。通过对客户所在的行业进行细致的市场分析,深度挖掘客户需求。
岗位分析。熟悉行业信息,结合客户需求,分析岗位JD,得出人才画像,辅助顾问制定目标候选人招聘寻访计划。
协助完成招聘。通过线上、线下的渠道获取目标人选的信息,了解并追踪目标候选者的职业动态及联系方式,完成候选人的初筛。
维护候选人数据。利用公司资源、网络、通过各种渠道筛选、搜集目标候选人简历;完善候选人信息,进而辅助搭建,管理和维护公司人才数据库。
通过深度沟通了解到候选人的真实需求、管理候选人的期望与心理,并和顾问一起完成候选人招聘流程,理解面试要点,做好背景调查,生成候选人报告。
按照组长要求,在规定时间内提交符合要求的候选人。
